Yep...that was us..heading back from Alumafandango!! We stopped at Sacramento RV Park on the way up and there was one other Airstream there -- an older Excella and on our way home we saw a few on the road and there was one at the Glenyan RV Park in Ashland that came in after we did and we saw them on our way out.... Also saw one from I-5 that was parked on the Old Hwy 99 between Hornbrook and Yreka (CA)....

Monday, aug 19, we were into mile 4700 on our coast to coast trip from New Jersey driving up the coast of Oregon heading to Seattle. 3 Airstreams pulled out ahead of us that were traveling together. We met up at a traffic light and did the normal wave , told them we were joining their caravan for a while!!! Stayed with them for only a short time as they headed for the the west coast of Washington and we for Seattle!! I have not seen that many on our trip, but every one of them know that wave!! They must have all been at Allumafandango, which was just out of our reach, time wise.. Travel on fellow Airstreamers!!

Aside from our neighbors camped in an Airstream, we found this one abandoned in the weeds on the property. Sad.

I am travelling in Germany for work and visited the Airstream dealer and they have this cool 1950 Airstream there...even older than me.
