Just got back to Tennessee after a trip to NY state and a stop at the Jackson Center factory. It was a super tour conducted by a retired employee who had worked there for 42 years. He did a great job and we enjoyed the tour quite a lot. No wonder the trailers last so long, they are built with outstanding quality. Well worth the trip and a look at how our toys are made. The lounge in the office was very nice with free coffee and cookies and lots of things to buy. Everyone should go there.

We have been on the factory tour also. It had to be the same tour guide. He was so cordial and full of helpful information. It was really cool to have the tour given by someone who actually worked in the factory for so many years. I don't recall his name right now but he's a real asset to the company.
My only regret is that we didn't have our camera with us. Fortunately, we live close so I'm sure we'll take the tour again soon.
i have probably taken the tour 5 or 6 times and i see something different and the last few has been the tour guide you mentioned and he has done it all. we are going to the homecoming and will probably take the tour a couple of times and i bet i see something different each time. the country store will hurt your wallet if you dont be careful. lol
