Airstream only park in melbourne

Does anyone have any infomation on the airstream only park in Melbourne Florida. This is not the one that closed down but apparently a new one. ( it does have around 50 sites that are not for airstreams only)

any info would be helpful.

There were always two Airstream parks in Melbourne. Land Yacht Port O'Call is the one that was closed when the lease with the city ran out. Land Yacht Harbor is still there (201 North John Rodes Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32934).

I was at LYH a couple of months ago visiting some friends that winter there and I didn't see any indication that anything other than Airstreams were allowed. They are a pretty strict park, so I doubt they would allow non-A/S trailers.

You might be thinking of Christmas Airstream Park in Christmas, FL. It's about 35 miles north of Melbourne on I-95 and then about 10 miles west on Hwy 50 going toward Orlando. It is an Aistream park that has opened to all brands of RV's.

I was in Melbourne a couple of years ago, just before the 'port 'o call place closed. Took a drive through both parks, just to gawk. I destinctly remember noticing quite a few SOBs parked at land yacht harbor, and saying to myself, "gee, I thought this was airstream only; guess not". maybe the sob's were just passing through, or something. perhaps they have a few spots for transient rentals (?). don't know...all I can tell ya is that there were sob's there.

I was told that Land Yacht Harbor allowed maybe 50 none airstreams in their park. But still would it be considered an airstream only park? I think the whole park has maybe 350 sites. Does that sound right?

Thanks for the info BTW.
