The Yucaipa, CA park mentioned on Fred's site is Land Yacht Harbor, about 50-60 miles east of Los Angeles, off the Interstate 10, just east of San Bernardino. There is only one "transient" space held open. This was at one time an Airstream only park, but has long been open to all types of TT. All spaces, except the one mentioned, appear to be held by "permanent" tenants.

We have a lot in the Airstream Park in MN. The web address is There is a short photo tour on the website and we are still all airstream all the time. Unfortunately at this time of year we are also below freezing all the time so we are hoping and praying for spring and green grass. Then we spend every weekend up there until the snow flys again. We go there to pretend we are retired.

I know of one A/S campground near Traverse City , Mich. You have to own an A/S to buy a lot, but they allow other makes for transient stay. Nice wooded park with a boat ramp & a beach on Silver Lake. Its called Holiday Park Campground. We stayed a couple years ago. Pretty quiet, not alot of kids.

AS Exclusive Parks?

Hi everyone!

when we bought our As we were told that there were approx. 50 "Only AS Parks" in the US and a couple in Canada. We visited the one here in NJ, Airstream Shore Haven and really enjoyed it. We thought we'd find a full updated list of all these Parks exclusively for AS on the Blue Beret but ...nope.

Anyone know where we can get the full list?

Anyone out there care to share their experience in the other AS parks ? (location, hospitality etc)

Would appreciate as much info as possible.

Kimili, we have stayed at Pennwood Airstream Park in Limestone, PA. It is 4 miles
South of I80, and 45 minutes West of I79.

Wayyyyyy out in the boonies, but just a short trip to civilization. LOTS to do in the area, Cooks Forest is very close, as well as Clear Creek State Park.

We met Yukiona from this forum there, along with a few others and had a mini rally on Labor Day weekend. We had a great time, the place is georgeous!!

As a member of WBCCI you get a annual Membership Directory. It list all members by their numbers as well as their name. Also there is a list of the Airstream campgrounds.

You can also order a Airstream Parks Directory:

Sun City Center, Florida 33573

I found this in the classified ads in the Blue Beret .

I have a seasonal site at Jersey Shore Haven, when I took the trailer there in May, The office gave me a list of the A/S parks..........Wonder why they didn't give you one?
I would be happy to fax or mail you a copy of the list..........PM me and let me know?
From what I have been told by others JSH is pretty bare bones and Expensive compared to other A/S parks.......... when were you there?
Thomas..........Going to JSH next weekend to bring the A/S home for the Winter

Thanks everyone for the info and help.

If anyone else has tried any other AS Exclusive Park and would like to share their experience we'd love to hear from you!

I don't understand why AS does not give the list of parks to all the new owners? We have to go look for it and get charged for one???!!!
AS sure does some weird things when it comes to customer service...

lucky you! Seasonal sites at the JSH are very hard to get. They told us there is a very long waiting list

The AS parks are usually owned and operated by a local chapter of WBCCI and not Airstream, Inc.

I have been slowly adding the parks to my web site as I see them. It needs some updating as I am in the middle of a job relocation. I'd be more than happy to add info if you send it to me.

Top of Georgia

Top of Georgia is Airstream only, WBCCI members only, except for the Buddy Rally in May-June when the members can invite someone with a SOB unit to the rally. Park is 7 miles N of Helen, Ga on Hwy 75. We have a website at, and the last rally of the year is this week. Park is open year-round, $6 per night, full hook ups.
If you think the road up from Helen is too steep and curvy, don't even think about going north out of the park over Unicoi Gap.

TCPC 17 miles south of Crossville, TN is first class AS only (I am member). Park closes to visitors on October 15th and reopens to visitors on March 15th. There are some lots for sale, but sales can only be made.. March 15th through October 15th each year. This is a 356 acre wooded park with outstanding improvements.

Look forward to seeing all

Nice park, a bit pricey?
