Air Forum Collective Database Available/Possible?

Friends: I would like to know if anyone has thought of making available a database of...say....the compendium of the last two to five years of Air Forum postings.

Problems arise and sometimes one cannot access the Internet while boondocking or because of other issues....no cell service...etc.

Let's say also the size of the word only database could fit on a thumb drive...and let's say the Administrators offer this for a reasonable price...
a valid idea or shall I forget it? Thank you.
