A little fall camping in Maine
Dorsey and I decided to take off last week to celebrate the end of my little Airstream repair project. We decided that Freeport Maine might be nice and chose a little campground call Recompence. What a delightful place to visit this time of year! We had a blast and you can bet we will be back....

I think I stayed there in my younger days; pre-husband, kids and airstream. It even looks like the same site! We're in Atlanta now but hope to get back up that way soon. Glad you had fun!

Ok, we'll, I'm going to give a clinic on hitching up with the ProPride (not!).
Should be real fun - the site looks fantastic! Enjoy the sailing! Has anyone made a floating Airstream yet??

Beautiful, that oneis going onmy list. Have you been to Lobster Buoy in ME, both my brother and siter love it ( spot 19 on wayer). I like Hampton Beach, very open, not cozy but on the beach in N H. Loved your video. I am still trying topost right side up!

We ended up at the Lobster Buoy last summer briefly. It sure is a beautiful part of the world...
You should try to get there.

On the list. For 15 years I went to Newport for a week around Labor Day. Loved it...but then festival was canceled for good  We miss it.
Plan on ME again in October after my Season..

Are you referring to the Newport Waterfront Irish Festival?
Was a lot of fun!
Lobster Buoy will close before October but Recompence is open year round.
We may see you there!
