Okie-dokie!

Vin # 1ABGAJT26HJ200300

Year: 1987
Make: Airstream
Model: Argosy 33

It's the front kitchen model. The book says 33F but the paperwork from the dealer says only 33. I think 33F is probably the more accurate of the two.

Hoping to take it on an overnight trip tomorrow ... need to move it out of the street to let the garbage truck by on Monday.

After unloading the 29' Ambassor contents into the Argosy (squarestream) I have not made a dent into all the storage available. I am not sure how to post photos here so will have to find out before posting a couple of photos. I finally found the AS match so I won't have to look anymore.

Welcome to Squarestreaming Farmboyz

You will love your Squarestream. We have owned 3 Airstreams and 2 Avions and we do love the set up of the front kitichen 33 ft. Squarestream. Also I am surprised at how effortlessly it tows. It is Just as easy to tow as our traditional 30 foot Airstreams have been. I just finished restoring ours with new Axles, tires, Antenna, furnace motor and floor repair because of roof leaks. All needed because it had very little use in the last ten years and the previous owner did not realize that he should have been resealing the roof every few years or so.
We are planning a trip out west this summer and know it will be very comfortable.
Hope you have a great time restoring and using yours.

There is a 1989 33 ft Squarestream for sale at the Coates RV center in Forest Lake, MN.Been there quite awhile.
They are asking $$9,995. Looked inside and was pretty clean, probably has been sitting for quite awhile. Noticed a lot of silicone stuff around the roof seam though (??). Outside was nice. They have pics on their website.

Ok.. here is the info:

Vin: 45ZGYJK25NJ201212
We had the metal plaquard on the doorless side near the front...
reads a build date of 5/20/1991. Has upright propane tanks with an enclosure.

26' Land Yacht in almost perfect condition. We are already very proud owners..and only owned it a day.

Purchased from an elderly couple outside (way out in the sticks) Caldwell Texas. They had been owners for 4 years. I have taken a bunch of photos.. including one of the original bill of sale (over 30k new) and owners manual. The original owners name is on the paperwork as well. Very very cool stuff!

New Squaregosy Owner

Howdy Fellow Squarestreamers,

We just bought a 32' 1988 Argosy Squarestream rear twin, with the second door option, in Fort Collins, CO a couple of weeks ago. It is in great shape and now resides on Texas soil. We took it to a scout campout last weekend for a shake down and everything worked except the furnace. I have not had time to work on it yet but is probably a simple fix. We are first time owners and feel fortunate to have gotten such a unique and well built trailer as our first. We look forward to getting to know members of this group and would appreciate any knowledge you care to share.

Hello all.

Vin:45ZGYJN25KJ201105

29' Airstream Land Yacht.

We just picked up our Squarestream today after looking for a while.
She is needing some work to be a long weekend worthy, vent broken in back bedroom causing leak.

Everything else is good so far, cant wait till we take her out for a test weekend.

Wlecome fellow 29 1/2'er. We have VIN: 45ZGYJN20LJ201143.
Made 11-29-89 and its called a 1990.
We are still in the rip-out stage, removing the nasty purple-turned-pink carpeting and stripping the wallpaper for new. Other than dressing the molding around the roof up, its in great shape.

Your are right. Maybe the only things we need Airstream has made is a Base Camp and Panamerica. We go for the odd ones. Our 1951 is a Flying Cloud VIN #7099 with 15 panels instead of the usual 13.
The Squarestream's name is Sponge Bob Square Pants. So if anyone see a Sq stream with the license saying 2SQ2BHP, that's us!! (2 Square 2 Be Hip)

Hello Jimmini! Another "Squarestream" to add to your list. VIN# 45ZGYJS28LJ201136. It is a 32' two door with rear queen bed. Build date was 11/7/89 but it lists as a 1990. Located near London, Ontario.

Found it on the internet for a reasonable price so I dragged it home. Rear upper corner has some damage and it needs some other minor cosmetic fixes outside but it's not bad. The interior will probably need to be gutted. Some soft spots in floor and panel delamination/rot from previous leaks. Now trying to decide if I'm going to keep it or flip it, depends on time/cost/value. Not sure if it's better to sell as is or after it's rebuilt. Will post pics soon

Welcome and thanks for the info.A 1990 trailer will have the blue stripe that runs all the way to the front. The 1989 it stopped just behind the front door. Also if you have a yellow clearance light in the middle of the trailer that is one made to go to Canada.Canada had a recall to add the light and add French to the VIN data plate.

Yup, blue stripe front to back on both sides, yellow clearance light just above and slightly ahead of wheel well. Pics to come soon.

Our "new" squarestream is a 1990 29' AS Land Yacht...vin 45GYJN25LJ201140...2 door....we have all original paperwork on it...we are the 3rd owners...made in Jackson Center Ohio and delivered to North Dalls Rv Inc. original retail price was 31,999....has lot of extra options...very very nice oak panel cabinetry that I cleaned and revarnished this summer...this gem was lovingly restored by my husband and me...there was water damage from a leaky roof that we repaired in the subfloor and front area was gutted repaired and replaced...we added beautiful wood floors and decorated it in vintage western and retro look western...the walls in front area by door and streetside are covered in cowhide fabric..."wallpaper" was replaced with a paintable type designed to look like beadboard...has a doublebed in back...backbedroom has a softspot that we haven't repaired yet...waiting for cooler weather...the toliet is a sealand porcelin yacht toliet for crying out loud..an expensive toliet we discovered upon research for parts...we paid 6k for it which was probably too much considering the original condition, but we really wanted it because of the room...we are enjoying it very much... I like the look of the older airstreams but really like the layout of this baby and the nice interior...will post pics soon I hope
