Now that the weather is getting better, I've been getting back to work on the Squarestream. The shell is ready to be removed from the chassis, hopefully in the next few weeks. Then I can get started on chassis repair. Every outrigger needs to be replaced, then sand blasted and painted. It's going to be a lot of work. My plan is to get it done by the end of the year although there's no real hurry...I'll be retired, but my wife won't be, so it's not like we'll be using it for awhile.

Almost a clean slate. Hopefully lifting the shell off tomorrow if it doesn't rain.

You've completed a lot of work. They sure look different from the standard round Airstream. It looks like a lot more interior volume.

Good luck with the shell removal process.

All went well with the lift. Thanks to Unka Jack who I met through this forum and has done a lift before. His expertise was invaluable!

Here's a link to a short video.

Nice to see all is going OK.
Maybe you could post all the photos in the squarestream thread.since folks are always wanting to know what the structure looks like inside. It would be easy to find there
I am still parked under the pepper tree in California working on the C-130s.
Wife will be in YYZ next month.

I was missing a few outriggers in my order(my fault). I'll see if I can get them fabricated, it will probably be quicker than ordering them. The chassis is almost ready for paint though.
