what to do first....inside rot...winterize windows...reframe door

Hello again,
I have been gone a while. Had to sell my old trailer and moved 3 times for family related reasons. Just got home and was Happy to find waiting for me a 20 foot travel trailer from ND that has Four Winds on the plastic heel well cover on the outside. Was told by the grandkids that it says prowler on the back as i write this. ( i cant see it, there is a table leaning there)
Can't find pics of it.
It is my new home so i do not need to be in the basement apartmemt any more
( i hated it but am greatful for all )
which to do first.
Front wall is rotted ( peel skin or do from inside) door is falling out ( i think this whole side is bad.
The framework is rotting so the side box doors just come off ) or insulate the windows and barricade the door with insulation. ?
I have lived in a tent in winter ( Northern Cali fire burned my house down over 15 years ago ) it is not the best but... What would you do? One project at a time i work and nanny.
Help Please. And Thank You!

First things first...I would do whatever it takes to make it weatherproof and stop the deterioration. Then work on repairs...

Good luck!
