I had a peek inside. It's completely set up for cooking with a large SST range and all the rest that a vender requires. The girl working there did'ent know much about it unfortunately. Gotta say that I was very impressed with the metal work outside....everything from the trim to the windows looked like they were forged/cast with pride and perfection.
I'm headed by there today and will post a pic of the interior if they'll let me.

Oh, in answer to your question. It has the door you see curb-side forward and a door street side Aft that is a "split door" where you order and pick up from the car.

Haven't tried it myself, Del, but one of my buddies said you could get some pretty fine tacos from that truck behind the Spartan.
