That was a house trailer, not a travel trailer, so I think the fact that it can no longer move is overridden by the exceptional restoration/modification of that Spartan. What a beautiful piece of Tulsa history!

I realize things like that were smaller back then. Today, at that length, it would make a lovely travel trailer.

Some of the best years of my life were spent in a single-wide not much longer than that, but not NEAR as nice. Beautiful job they did with it...

Very nice. There is a place near here called Camper's Hideaway on Lake Merwin, and it does not allow people to build cabins, but they can have trailers with elaborate carports, much like this. So you end up with a cabin/RV hybrid sort of thing for your vacation home. It's always fascinated me.
