I have the original bathroom layout, molded fiberglass, and I need to replace the original leaking toilet. Is there a replacement available that will work in that space while maintaining the original look. It would need to use a standard toilet seat and be flat under the seat so it would fit snug against the underside of the fiberglass. I don't mind doing some modifications but can't seem to find a compatible toilet. Any ideas
On our 66, the old porcelain original Thetford had too many rinky dink modifications to keep it. During our renovation we placed a Thetford molded unit in its place. The new one was about 3/4” short and the existing hole had to be cut a little larger. I made a short platform to support it. After a couple of years, still working great and less weight. Let me know if you need more details. Good luck, Bubba
