Ours is a queen (??) I think, huge dresser on the curb side. I'm not sure it will stay. I'd like a better mattress than the wafer it has....

Interesting. I just looked at the manual and it seems a rear queen bed and a front couch were optional (Apparently, rear twin beds and front dinette were standard). I really like the 26-H's floor plan. The only floor plan that I like more is the 32 Avion's (front kitchen, rear bed, and center bath/couch), but thats too big a camper to pull with our SUV.

Should I use tremco 635 to seal the seams or parbond to seal the seams? The tremco smears and looks kind of sloppy "yes I try to do everything factory like" and I hate the smear look. I did one area and the leak stopped with the tremco 635.

I have not used tremco 635 (only parbond), so can't say which is better. I used aluminium colored parbond to seal all seams. Since parbond is aluminium colored, it is not obvious that a sealer has been applied to the seams.
