I'd be very interested to see your progress on this little beauty. If I ever retire from flying and fixing airplanes, and staying home long enough to finish mine, I would like to scratch build a couple of smallish trailers for my kids. Thinking of something with a boat tail backend and a bullet nose. Something very Art Deco

Now I wish I would have purchased that MG body in Medford...If only I had a work shop, and a place to store it out of the weather! I like the idea of converting into a toy hauler, good luck with your project Colin.

If you're really interested, there was a much nicer one than mine on ebay last month in Wisconsin. I spoke to the owner who was also a vintage trailer collector, however he was "thinning" his fleet. I don't think it sold, & may still be available. Perhaps we could start a movement

I just picked up a 1946 Mobil Glide so now there is 1 more!

It is Vin #2631

Can everyone post their Vin #'s and year so maybe we can Decipher them?

My Trailer has a Fl title and shows that previous title was in Oregon, It was last used in 1974 , it is well built and tows great on the original Brunk axle... Has the original painted on arrow stripes etc...

This is an ad I found in a Vintage Trailer magazine while at the RV Hall of Fame in Elkhart last year.
