Just got back 520 miles round trip in that old Econoline with a 170 and three on the tree. The grapevine was brutal 30mph at the steep parts.
Here she is Serial # 2250 18 foot interior is all interacted minus heater and frig. Skin is good. We drove straight up and back sleeping in the truck with no heat.

Very cool trailer and Econline.
I had a 66 Ford Econline van with the same engine and 3 speed as a 16 year old.
Man was that van slow.
Good luck on that trailer.

I have been disassembling the interior to get at the flooring. I need to replace the entire subfloor. I should have the interior out today. The frig and heater are the only items I notice missing or replaced.
There was another plastic tank next to the box with the red hose attached to it. What are they? I am not familiar with self contained units. I have had BIG park models that hook up.
I am curious to see how this Silver Streak is built. I had a 100 percent original clean, Excellent condition 1949 Spartan Royal mansion. I restored the interior using all the original panels. I resprayed the panels and woodwork with Shellac just like they did originally. I rewired and added a new breaker box, insulated and ran new romex. The Spartan IMO are the best constructed Trailers around. The one I owned came from michigan. It sat in 50 years of winters and did NOT leak.

That is one cool excellent value Clipper. The units inside are fantastic.
Damn site better option than the previous one.
Love the truck............3 on the tree???......it's a wonder it got you home so quickly.
Looking forward to seeing it when I come back for my holiday (vacation) this December

The frame is a tube with aluminum outriggers weird. I have the subfloor out.

That's the way all the Clippers were built.
The problem with Clippers is, there is not enough diagonal bracing to the outriggers and if the trailer is subjected to snaking behind the tow vehicle, eventually the chassis fails. There were numerous instances of the tube pulling out of the outriggers and leaving the trailer totally disconnected from the tow vehicle because of this and because of galvanic corrosion between steel and aluminium. They also had a recommended top towing speed of 40mph because of the chassis construction.
If you aren't changing the chassis, you will have to look very carefully at the junctions of the aluminium outriggers and steel pipe. The aluminium will corrode as will the aluminium rivets.
Might be an idea to beef up the chassis with steel outriggers and braces.
I won't have those problems with mine because I'm doing a body-off and replacing the complete chassis in galvanised steel.

We used Lexan to replace the windows. Home Depot sells them clear or tinted for $27/window. Make sure to replace the 1/4" wood insert that supports  the window frame. The pic below show 1/4" plywood treated with Thompson's water sealer.

Its looking good. I recommend to brace the frame fwd similar to an a-frame, to prevent any type of twisting of the center pipe. I used 2x4” 1/8” steel box tubing for the outside supports and a new sch.40 center pipe.
Are you replacing everything of the frame, inclusive outriggers? i had a local shop bend them for me and then i cut the curved corners myself as well as the required holes.

btw did the belly pan came up that high on the side shell ? this makes the install very hard i would imagine if you build the new frame upside down and install the belly pan, while the frame is turned.
I think i would almost add a panel to the shell and end the belly pan at the c-channel.
