After 2 years of relentless searching I finally found my Duke 1968 Streamline, and it was only 1.5 hours away!!

Our plan is to renovate it into a space I can manufacture cheese in for Farmers Markets as well as private classes and parties!

I found it Christmas Day and just towed it home in the wee hours last night, so here goes!!! I can't wait to post pictures as my inevitable questions throughout this journey begin to spill all over the forums :0)

I just wanted to thank everyone for this site, as it has helped me IMMENSELY in my decision of what model to adopt.

Congratulations on finding your trailer. Interesting concept ( cheese making ).

We have a local creamery starting up, with the intent of making cheese from "real" (raw) milk. They will hopefully be selling cheese by summer.
