Bambi II - Handle Black Tank Valve??

What does the handle look like to the Black Tank Valve?? Mine is accessed
from the rear number but doesn't have a handle. Didn't know whether this
was something that came off and store or was it attached ??

It originally came out the rear of the trailer & the handle was at the bumper on the street side of the bumper...it looked like a 'T'
