In my opinion. from the pictures it has serious potential....depending on price.
Are the pictures yours or the seller? If not yours I would suggest get thee to the trailer in person.
Also I find it interesting that there appears to be a GFI outlet in the trailer, so maybe ask what has been modified so you get a better idea of what you want to checkout so that you aren't buying another persons problem.
As far as some of the grunge around the outside trim....I am in Oregon so grunge to was there is the norm. Looking on the inside to see if the grunge means water leaks inside is another topic.
Good luck!! I hope it works out for you.

They were my pictures. Yeah we noticed the GFi outlet too in the bathroom. She's asking $10k but negotiable. it's pretty rough overall. ALL the systems will need checked but I think i'd just rather replace. Cha-ching! Duct tape on the windows too. She claimed it kept out sand at Burning Man.

Something about the wheels in the first picture seems odd. Missing a cover? A lift kit added or axles replaced with something not like OEM?

The windows DO need gaskets replaced after 30 years or so, and even then, make some cold insulation.

Title?

The storage under a cover is a nice sign. I'd be focusing on any sign of water leaking, frame and shell condition.

We've decided to pass on this Avion. Too much for us to do. Thanks for all the input
