Bowlus Article

In the May/June issue of RV Magazine, there is a very comprehensive/informative article about the 2014 Bowlus Road Chief. Beautiful rolling work of art. As has been stated earlier, when I hit the lottery, big time, this will be one toy I'd order.
It has brass screen over the winnow openings. Talk about class!

Does anyone know of any custom restored Airstream trailers with all aluminum construction (vs. steel frame/tongue of current models). Seems like Airstream could loose a fairly significant amount of weight taking that route at greater cost of course... It would make their "Sport" line truly lightweight like they indicate in their marketing brochures.

PS: I came across by chance last night an episode of "Extreme RV" on TV. They showcased the $2M Volkner Mobile RV with it's MINI Cooper S under-body garage and also Hofmann Architecture with some great looking Airstreams.

From the Bowlus Road Chief newsletter:
"Wow! Wow! Bowlus Road Chief is featured in Super Bowl Advertising Campaign!
As you probably already know it’s a pretty big deal to be part of a Super Bowl advertising campaign!

So with much excitement, we are delighted to announce the appearance of the Bowlus Road Chief in its first national advertising campaign. The commercial shows off some of our "best angles" along with the jewel finish of a Road Chief. The ad is part of the Squarespace Super Bowl advertising campaign featuring Keanu Reeves and Arch Motorcycle. You can view the ad at the link below."
