forgot the name(but if I recall it had a western theme to it...laredo ? anyway its in great shape body wise inside is original ,owner wants 2,000.00 for it would I be nuts to pass it up ? any advice where to get an awning or two for it ? Thank You for any help you may have for me,Jeffrey
As many buyers have found out, looks are not everything. The condition of the frame, floor and axels are all big ticket items and if these are bad your $2000 will be a small down payment for the trailer. I suggest you search the forums for informaion on checking these key area before you buy.

I could not agree more ! which leads me to my next question,I know there are some people who will come out and inspect a trailer for a small fee...anyone nearby northern lower penisula maybe ?
?????
$2000 is a mighty fine price for that unit, if it all works.
but Another money pit would be the appliances.
The fram, body, floor, axle, ect was good on mine, but I matched the buying price in replacing the hw heater, fridge, plumbing, tires A/C bearings, running lights, 110 & 12V rewiring,& brake pads.
Wow, thats a long list.....
SILVERAVION :: Index and the avioncampingandrestoration group on Yahoo groups are a good source for informaton on these rigs.
