New to Me 71 Globetrotter

We bought this AS and brought it right to our local RV place to have it gone through. It is campable ( new word ) now, but we want to update it some. The wet bath really need attention. Can I get replacement parts such as the sink or bathroom walls or has anyone painted with Marine paint to help out an ugly, old bathroom?
