Photo point: Twin Sisters
Post 266 is an RV park between Bend and Sisters OR, The Bend/Sisters Garden RV park. A very nice full service park, close to lots of hiking trails, lakes, rivers, etc. Thought I would disclose the location based upon the Photo point posted here, that being Twin Sisters

That looks like a beautiful Park.

Here is a photo of Longs peak in the center with the Twin Sisters on the right and closer . I could take this picture from my back yard, but I didn't, I swiped it from the internet.

They are different from Three Sisters in Oregon.

Here it is again, complete with the bear poop stain. So it must be permanent .

Upper Tahquamenon Falls, largest in Michigan

Unfortunately, in the below link they attempt a cover up of the Pooping Bear legend, with the same old tannin myth.

I am wondering if anybody here would take offence to a non-Airstream owner participating in your forums. I have lurked the Air Forums for several years and have gleaned a good bit of knowledge from you folks. Although my wife and I own an Oliver, (we bought one of the first 17 footers and are now having a 22 footer custom built to our specifications) I do know quite a bit about Airstreams. Some of you guys may have known my first cousin Herb Spivey. He had owned at least a half dozen different Airstreams along the way so consequently I have been around them most of my adult years.
I have enjoyed many of the threads here but one of the most interesting has been "Where Is This?" I would like to participate, but having only recently joined the forums and being a SOB (probably in more ways than one) I hesitate without seeking the blessings from the good ole boys at the round table. I’ve noticed on other forums that outsiders are sometimes treated like red-headed step-children at a family reunion but mainly I didn’t want to step on anyone’s toes. Herb and Faye traveled extensively with several AS Clubs in this area of the country and he spoke very highly of the people he met along the way.

There are a lot of members who do not own Airstreams. Some own similar trailers, some own none.

I believe you will find that you will be warmly welcome, even by grouchy old men like me.

Here's a picture of an artifact in a museum. It will be pretty simple for anyone who, like myself are fascinated by space travel.

The challenge is: identify the artifact and the current location. To help narrow the choice, it's part of NASA's finest hour.

The picture's file name helps some. Did you go there by road or by air?

I'm trying to rule out possible enroute locations. There's a lot of water running down hill in the world.

It's definitely a space capsule, but don't know which one. Is it in the museum in Dayton, OH?

That's cheating looking at the file name.

Went by road, and it is in Alaska.

No, the command module in Dayton is from Apollo 15, a great mission, but not considered NASA's finest hour.
