Winner, winner, chicken dinner. I have hydraulic disc brakes on my Safari but I won't take her down this grade.

You are correct Dingo Girl. I have a video of this event, but it is lengthy. The Trans Canada Highway, (TCH) has many secrets over its 4860 miles and this is just one.
"The system was approved by the Trans-Canada Highway Act of 1949,[13] with construction commencing in 1950.[14] The highway officially opened in 1962, and was completed in 1971. Upon its original completion, the Trans-Canada Highway was the longest uninterrupted highway in the world.[15]"
Safe travels.

I traveled a portion of the TCH.
We went from Glacier Park in Montana north.
Then meandered west to Vancouver.
A beautiful road!

Hi Jim.
That might be Jasper Alberta? the photo is a bit dark?

My new wife Bev (41/2 yrs) and I are still on the road and continue to travel from the left coast to our summer base in Eastern Ontario. We have upgraded from the Airstream Clipper, to a three axle Monaco and now have it rigged to our liking. No USA trips until the Covid passes.

Hi masseyfarm,
I figured that you would know where this photo was taken. Yes, Jasper, Alberta is the location.
Your Monaco is a wonderful coach and should provide years of comfort for you and Bev. We have been house bound since returning from Florida in March and are really looking forward to heading west as soon as we receive our vaccines. Jim

Bonus POINTS if this is you!

2013 AIRSTREAM CLIPPER TOUR, we are eastbound.
Where is this and bonus if you are the owner, or know who owns the unit going west?
Date on photo is good.

Another northern location. The subject truck and trailer is heading south. Date/Time stamp on photo is correct. If this is you, TRIPLE POINTS TODAY!
Location name includes 4 letters, some very close to the end of the alphabet.

No response to Post #1710 so I will give the location. Still looking for the owner of the Airstream in the photo going West.
The location is on the flats just east of FIELD, BRITISH COLUMBIA. on the TCA (Trans Canada Highway)

Field is an unincorporated community of approximately 169 people located in the Kicking Horse River valley of southeastern British Columbia, Canada, within the confines of Yoho National Park. At an elevation of 1,256 m (4,121 ft), it is 27 km (17 mi) west of Lake Louise along the Trans-Canada Highway, which provides the only road access to the town. The community is named for Cyrus West Field of Transatlantic telegraph cable fame, who visited the area in 1884.[2]:81

No response to #1711 so the answer to the location is WAWA, Ontario. Owner of the airstream traveling south/east is unidentified.
----------------------------------
Wiki-------- Wawa is a township in the Canadian province of Ontario, located within the Algoma District and associated with Wawa Lake. Formerly known as the township of Michipicoten, after a nearby river of that name, the township was officially renamed in 2007 for its largest and best-known community of Wawa.[3]

This area was first developed for fur trading. In the late 19th century, both gold and iron ore were found and mined, leading to the region's rise as the steel industry developed in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. From 1900-1918 the Helen Mine had the highest production of iron ore of any mine in Canada.
The township includes the smaller communities of Michipicoten and Michipicoten River, which are small port settlements on the shore of Lake Superior. These names are derived from the Ojibwe term for the river.

What we see when we motor around this continent.

Northern area where "ALL" the action is. (closer to the bulls eye).

Bonus if you answer the "right of way" question correctly"

Not the Grand Hotel, though it is quite a Hotel.

I'm an East Coaster, haven't towed West of the Mississippi yet. But I sure can point out lots of cool spots from Maine to Georgia

This picture might give another clue, from the same area.

Got it, we were supposed to visit during the Airstream International Rally in 2016, but the flood closed everything.

That's RIGHT! We were there a few months after the flood. The damage was terrible. The Greenbrier River had huge piles of debris piled up at different spots downstream from our campsite there. Including travel trailers
