Bonnie, did you go to Target today? I was there and they also had poppy flower plates. Very cool. I love Target!

I've got the square, red, melamine dishes from Target too, except mine are all solid red. Love them. i just recently went back and got the large red serving bowls that go with them. I had them on my Amazon wish list for Christmas last year, they are great for the trailer.

Our 65' Overlander almost complete, last picture is the "as-found" condition.
New maple floors
Restored Mahagony millwork
New White Countertops
European sink & fixtures
Steel blue interior paint
15" LCD TV on swivel mount
Restored lights & fixtures
Eventually all upper cabs will be lacquer white like the one above the fridge.
Enjoy!

I am so glad that this thread is still active. I scour the internet and page through all the books I can look at to see the different looks of an Airstream and this is terrific. Thanks for posting your interiors. It is so fun to see and inspiring. I walk through each of them virtually. What a blast.
triplenet I love the couch and stools you have added and the half sink. That is a most unique FB. I like that much better than the rear dinette table. I wonder how the furnace is covered out of sight in the pictures.
Shawn, keeping to the 70's decor looks really great. I love the colors and the curtain is just perfect! I like the layout of the Overlander. I don't see many of those and it looks in "good as new" condition.
Carol don't worry about the holes behind the smoke detector, that is something you will always leave in place anyway, right?
Smokey cheddar beer fondue and orange laced crispy french toast at the ski hill looks so inviting. MMMMM Yummy and complete with recipes. Super blog Mammab Your boys get royal treatment. Great photography too.
TBRich you have so many great looks and ideas for our Airstreams. I have a makeover on my wish list!! Someday...
ianrjam, like your use of color and shape to really open up the Airstream. I agree without all those vertical lines and the overhead cabinets the curves of the Airstream are showcased to best advantage rather than hidden beneath.
Tim your Airstream feels so cozy and warm. Perhaps I may see it at a Tin Can Tourist rally at Camp Dearborn in Milford some time. Have you gone in either spring or fall? There are quite a few from the forums that attend. It's always a good time.
Rick that looks so fresh and bright and I love the vintage accessories.
Hofarc, your Airstream project is fabulous. I really love the computer desk /dining table and the bathroom. Very innovative and sophisticated.
BLMitch we have red in the International and I like your choice of tableware. Ikea is great for Airstreams! I like your choice of accents.
Nichevintage thanks for sharing your pictures. Your work and design of your Overlander is very nice. It looks like a magazine spread. It's a certain winner.
Who else has some pictures handy? We would love to see what your Airstream looks like inside. So many Airstreams to see. Another nice part of the virtual tour is that we won't ever get tired of walking.

Bonnie I saw your pictures on your gallery. Hope it's OK to post them here for quick viewing.
I like the black red grey color scheme and your chosen woolens. Your valance is a nice touch too. It really warms and softens the CCD look with personality.

I really like the magnetic spice rack on the range hood in Bonnie's trailer (last photo set). That's a great idea.

It's actually part of the counter top material. We bought them at Ikea. They come in half or whole face trim.
Chasmorgan, The stove top is the original Magic Chef. The sink is from Ikea and the faucet was purchased on Overstock.com.

RN and Hank I am loving the bold prints and bright colors that you have chosen. Green or orange seem to be one of my favorite colors for enliving an Airstream, though there are so many attractive combinations it is impossible to whittle down the preferences to but a few. Thanks everyone for your contributions to the thread and please keep the pictures coming. This staycation rally's open house has every likelihood of continuing well into the forseeable future. This is one party that doesn't need any time off of work or gas in the tank to attend. Hurry hurry hurry come on over! The festivities begin once you arrive.

This is a neat thread! I didn't even know AS made a fiberglass/square box/5th wheel.
I also love snooping inside and seeing how people deck it out.
Will post some interior photos soon.

How wonderful that each Airstream has taken on it's own personality from the owners ... as we do our little things here and there, I am sure Ellie Mae will look decked out and 'cool' one day. So far, all we've done is the fridge - very unique replacement panels ... hoping to change the drapes to dark blue and replace the carpet with laminate this winter..
