Hi, I printed the pictures on 5" X 7" Matt Photo paper; Actually, I couldn't find Matt in this size so I cut the 5" X 7"s from 8 1/2" X 11" sheets. After the ink had time to dry, I sprayed them with automotive clear coat, from a spray can. I used Border paste to stick them on.

So cute with her doll beside her.

I can see why she loves those pancakes; cooked to perfection. I always burn mine.

p.s. Just looked at your image gallery. You did a really nice job with the inside/outside of that Excella!

Now my new baby, 1970 30' Sovereign
Not nearly as colorful (yet), and needs tons of work, but she's mine, and I couldn't be more stoked.

Yes, plus two more, but they're not being stored up there! This was previously home to two of my buddies in their bachelor days, now it's becoming a bacherlorette stream. Gonna be all girlied up.

The Cigar Lounge

There are some great Airstreams shown here! I'm attaching some photo's of a Vintage Airstream that was converted into a Cigar Lounge. If I remember correctly, the city was planning on changing to a "no smoking in public buildings" ordinance, so this tobacconist bought the trailer, contacted a great Airstream re finisher (Paul Darden), and then converted the trailer into a smoking lounge. They now rent out the trailer; a full package deal for corporate events, weddings/receptions, golf tournaments, etc.
The inside of the trailer: headliner is leather with maple ribbing and a copper "runway" strip lighting, The front of the trailer houses cabinets for all the electrical equip. to run three flat screen TV's independently of each other. The handles on all the cabinets are cigar tubes filled with resin to maintain their shape. Above a walnut wainscoting is a paneling made out of just about every imaginable cigar box lid. The bathroom in the rear is just a copper sink and commode. The curved interior of the rear bath is a fifteen piece contoured copper finished wall/ceiling. The Pièce de résistance” is placed in the middle of the trailer, roadside, is a humidor that had to be retrofitted to fit the contours of the trailer. Seating is mainly leather director chairs for ease of placement/movement. The entire trailer is quite something to see. If you are ever in the Chattanooga area, you might want to stop by and look at it. The pictures don't even do it justice.

Just thought you might want to see something a little different.

Terry.

What to do with Kiwi?

When my dear wife and I were looking at lightly used Airstreams she made it clear the first time we saw a Safari with a kiwi interior she wasn't going to have a green trailer. In August 2011 I found a deal on eBay for a 2008 27FB Safari with of course a kiwi interior. She reluctantly agreed to the purchase when I promised to let her change out the interior color.

However, we started camping before working on the decor. At rally open houses DW enjoyed receiving compliments on the bright and cheery color of our interior. She decided to work with what she had instead of changing it our for a new color scheme. For our one year anniversary with the trailer I'm sharing some interior pictures from a recent stay at Virginia Highland Haven Airstream Park.
