Which one is grandma ? The one with, or without clothes? Happy Halloween everyone.

The Big Winner is Al Boondy for his photo of Trump and Clinton in an Airstream Moho in post 37. Sounds like a great idea to lock up Hillary and The Donald in an Airstream and send them elsewhere. Don't think they would work it out, but sure would be fun to watch. Have fun with November,

Honorable Mention
#5 Bambi Wannabe- yours was a tough one to beat. The look of repulsion was so evocative I have to try those eggs for myself.
#8 Grosspoluter's photo #9 was deja vu all over again without the expletives
#9 T Smith, Banff. You put this on my bucket list
#12 Turk123 Break out the smores
#14 Peanut, where are the Druids?
#15 Wabbiteer, how bout a weed greenhouse?
#16 Vinstream, Alien and his UFO?
#18 Robovet, How often at night while the heavens are bright with the light of the glittering stars, have I stood there amazed and asked as I gazed does their beauty exceed that of ours?
I love dogs
#22 Aluminizes, pissed off pug, #28 Breezin along, so sad weiner dog #29 Inside Out, Boston Terrier dreaming of chasing rabbits?
#24 Argosy, did you pack your Flexible Flyer?
#27 Flying Gypsies, Dexter Maine. See any mooses? How about black flies?
#31 Airliner, Mini. How may clowns fit?
#32 Can you ever be to happy for Happy Hour?
#43 M Nolte, contortionist grandma having fun scaring young children.

Otra 15 just pointed out Al Boondy's winner is Hillary and Bill, not Hillary and Donald. That makes me into the FBI guy jumping to conclusions and more brownie points for Otra 15 as the Airstream Forums fact checker. Still would like to be a fly on the wall for a Clinton/ Trump road trip, and Al Boondy still gets the BIG PRIZE. Kind of like deja vu of hanging chad in Florida.(pushing the limits of Airstream Forums PC?)

Guess I did not delete that post quickly enough! But thanks for the hat tip. Plus I am not sure the winning photo isn't a copy and paste from the Internet? Maybe this "photo" contest should contain photos?

PS so now the winner defines the rules for November?

The Photography contest rules or guidelines are actually established and published in the Photography Forum under the Airstream Lifestyle section, first post.

Some folks have inserted those rules into the first post when they are hosting that months contest.

One of my favorite forums! No debates and lots of pretty pictures.

Well my Internet search for the 2016 presidential candidates campaigning in vintage Airstreams didn't yield many results so I improvised.
Decades of administering and moderating Internet forums has taught me laws governing the fair use of images for parodies and discussions. I suggest you educate yourself on these laws before you insinuate someone is violating them.
And feel free to use my image if you'd like, I have not nor will I copyright it.

Lumatic,

Thanks, and I can't believe that I didn't think of putting both in the same Airstream! Could have had it going off a cliff!

I just realized that I am supposed to start this month's contest but unfortunately I must decline that honor. Hunting season is upon us and most of my time will be spent in pursuit of large woodland creatures.

I suggest you award the honor to the runner-up or someone with extra time on their hands.

Al

Aww Al, I was looking forward to your creativity for this month. You really only have to start it and then pick a winner in a month.

Good luck with your hunt.

Al Boondy has declined THE BIG PRIZE. I guess that leaves me in the position of picking a new BIG WINNER. The NEW BIG WINNER is Bambi Wannabe for his epicurean RED AMISH eggs. I can almost taste them, yumm.

Remember folks, this is not the Nobel Prize, I am not Alfred Nobel and you are not a Bob Dylan. At this moment it is apropos to ask again the theme question of the October contest, ARE WE HAVING FUN YET? Enough said.

Would you agree to be judge if I'm MIA on December 1st?
I'd hate to leave members hanging.

I have sent him 2 private messages. I don't see anyway of tracking private messages. I don't know of any policy to cover a situation where a winner does not respond. I propose waiting until 11/7 and picking another winner if he does not respond, Any other suggestions?

I'm here! Just a little busy. Honored to be the runner-up winner and pondering a good theme. And hoping I have the skills to start a new thread from my iPhone, on the road...
