To set the stage -- It is a perfectly glorious fall day, peak foilage time and I'm planting tulip bulbs in the front garden. A commotion begins that at first is hard to place ... far off, but getting louder and louder. Then I realize, it's geese headed south. This V is the largest I've seen and the formation is perfect. Five geese are getting a easy ride, nestled within the larger V. Remembering this month's theme, I race inside for the camera, but they've moved off behind some trees by the time I'm in positon, but I still hear them. Then another V comes along, and another, and another.

Honk, Honk, Honk, it's time to leave!

Well, here is our silver "Submarine" complete with the sonar "ping" sound comming from inside. This was last weekend at 49er Village in Ione, Ca.

How about ten minutes of extremely loud HAIL crashing down on the trailer. It sounded like the skylights would shatter any second. I was inside. Tryed to run out and grab a tarp to throw on the trailer. That really hurt and had to wait it out.

Photos are of window seals and a few clearance lights broken.

Sorry, not music.
