Here's a couple from when we dropped the belly and black tank in on then 1964 GlobeTrotter.

But, not sure I want to "win" this month's contest!

Here's a couple of "before" picture of the interior of our 1956 Safari "Birdy"...the walls (& lights, caninets, countertops, etc) were sponge painted, there was wallpaper on the wood end panels & cabinet doors and peel-n-stick tiles on the floor...not to mention the flowers, lots of flowers!

The matteress was also a special gem ~

Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse... but you take a boat in the air that you don't love... she'll shake you off just as sure as the turn of the worlds.

My hat goes off to all of you guys and gals who do restoration on the beat up Airstreams. I wouldn't have a clue as where to start a project like that.

The owner told me he judged her condition to be "8 out of 10." I judged her condition to be "too broke to be fixed" and went home sans trailer. She was every bit as lovely and as well-maintained as her surroundings.

From whence did you summon the inner strength to drive away?
How did resist the allure of aluminum?

This is going to be depressing.

Is this what we have to look forward to in 30 - 40 years? Hold on....I may well be dead.

Okay. This is what someone else has to look forward to in 30 - 40 years.
