This picture of Airstreams and the Curtis Wright shows the storm coming in. It shows history and recognition of Wally Byam's endeavors after the conclusion of the Second World War.
But for this contest it is the dynamic contrasts on night time, and aluminum.

my love for architecture and structure tend to catch my eye... so that's why the winner.
I like the proportion, the interaction of the shapes... and it's unexpected.
Those are the explainations I guess that lead me to choose that image.
It's highly subjective...
