Could you specific as to that location. We are planning a trip to Oregon in the future.

Wasn't sure I would be able to participate this month with not having traveled much in our Airstream yet and our usual good weather in Phoenix Arizona. Its not our monsoon or rainy season but these dark clouds coming from the south east usually means somethings brewing.

With the first weekend of spring here - seems there should be a few more opportunities for some snow, icicles, rain showers, rainbows, etc. backdrops for your Airstreams…
Still looking for that "perfect shot" - only a couple of days left to enter!

our last big snow storm
I took the first photo 7:30 am after a night of snow and the light and low tide made for a nice contrast. Walking back to the house I checked out the trailers and took the second photo. This was about three weeks ago.
Another Nor'easter on its way this week and Portland, ME just set a new low morning temp of 12 degrees today.

Yes that is a boat and not sure if it ever came out of the water last fall? I'm sure Michigan has more ice. The harbor already has a few sailboats in.
The large building in the distance is the former Navy Prison dating from 1800 and closed in 1974.

You know you have been Affected by your Aluminum when: after getting a severe weather warning (wind & dust) on your phone instead of going straight
home to make sure all is okay you head to the storage place to see if you can get a good photo of the Airstream and the storm for for the photo contest.

Last call for entries!
Today is the last chance to enter …the winner gets the prestigious honor of hosting next month's contest!
There have been some really good shots entered, but this contest is by no means over…keep 'em coming!

Okay, so I think we can all agree that fly at night's
"Calm before the Storm" deserves an Honorable Mention with the great sense of humor & interpretation of the theme…I really love this shot! However, there were several other great entries this month that made picking a winner pretty tough…and this one unfortunately wasn't eligible to win.

Runners's Up...
Both Nilesrob's "Storm coming & going":
…and Colonel's "Oregon Coast":
drew me into a cozy warm place.
I like the Winter Wonderland of Safari62's "our last big snow":
...and RangerJay's "gotta love winter" entries:
Not to mention the Arizonian weather-challenged effort put
forth with Hittenstiehl's "Monsoon Season is on the way":
and RangerJay's fierce & stormy BC clouds:
Can you tell I had a hard time deciding….I loved so many of the entries!

Congratulations!
But after coming back to this throughout the day, I think the winner this month, with the honor of hosting the April Photo Contest goes to Steverino's "Double Airstream, Double Rainbow" entry:
The random chance of catching a spectacular double rainbow and meeting a fellow Airstreamer on the road is what it's all about!
Congratulations Steve, I can't wait to see what you come up with for the next contest!
Thanks to everybody that entered…the real prize for us all is that spring is on the way!

My goodness, what a surprise! I totally did not expect this.... there were so many great photos submitted. Besides the runners up, I thought SplitRock's black and white studies of shiny airstream, snow, and wildlife were spectacular!
Now my challenge, which I accept ;-) is to come up with a topic worthy of the latent art of the members... I'll start a new thread shortly.
Thank you again!
Steve
