June Photo Contest
Sorry again for the late start! I've been working my butt off both at my day job, and also working on my latest project 29' Ambassador. This got me thinking there must be a bunch of people on here who have taken some cool pics mid-resto on an old trailer... You know, the sun glinting off the skin that has 9 jillion Clecos poking out like a porcupine? I know it's not the average "family in front of trailer at the Grand Canyon" theme, but most of them have been done before.
So, let's see your pics of working on your pride and joy!

Putting her away last winter. I guess this would be more like working on the garage to fit the AS.

Let the polishing begin...I like this image because it is a once in a lifetime look for this trailer. 50+ years of oxidation being peeled off like orange segments ~

Inside out, that's a great picture.
I always wonder about only polishing half the Airstream. So shiny on top and vintage on bottom or other way around.
Now I see how it might look together. I like the mirror/matte combination.

Axel Rose has been touring with AC/DC. He might get to Phoenix sooner than your axles!

It started with a broken dump valve
And an ugly bathroom
And ended with a new bathroom
And new valves

Hi, HiHoAg,
What did you use to glue/attach the insulation to the skin? Looks like the mylar bubble wrap type?

I started off with 3M spray adhesive but gave up. I simply taped all of the seams. Glued to the skin transferred more heat than leaving a small air gap.
