Hi Sharleen,
First upload the photo to an internet site for hosting. I use Photobucket which is free. Make sure the size of the photo is OK for posting (I save them with a reduced resolution) Copy the internet address of the picture on the hosting site.

Then when you are typing in your post there is a row of 'buttons' for formatting and to the right is a yellow mountain in a square. Click on this and paste in the internet address of your photo.

Wa-la. You have posted a photo. I always look at the preview before I post to make sure the address is OK. Hope this helps.
