This picture was probably taken at the Grand Island International Rally in 1968.
The picture has Ray Haycraft, past presidnet 1967-1968, pointing to a boo-boo on my Mother's leg.
#2 is decked out with flags in celebration of rally.

July Winner
I want to tell all of the participants that it was a lot of fun to judge this months contest. You are all winners and to pick just one was a real challenge for me. I had some of my crew in here looking and helping me make the choice for this month.
And the winner is: SUGARFOOT - "American Icons and Monuments" - the cherry blossums and view of the Washington Monument with the whale tail AS in the shot was just the image I was looking for. All the tourists looking on made for a great shot. WDCU sure knows how to put on a show.
Congrats Dacia.
I have to say the honorable mention goes to Frank for all the pictures with him in there or ANNA used as a backdrop, or just the ones that mention Frank - man does that guy get around...........
