Never got to it but wondered what campground you were at in the picture?

Thanks for jogging my memory!

John,

The shot from my previous post is from a pullout on Highway 16 at the Mount Robson Provincial Park boundary sign.

Perhaps similar to yourself this park has tugged at our heart strings for a long time.

I first visited in 1988 as park of a work-related tour.

We second visited as a family in 1988 - kids were 7 and 11 - "tow" vehicle was a 1985 Peugeot station wagon - "RV" was a Eureka 6-man tent.

The last visit was 2011 - planned as a return destination on our return trip from Alaska - the plan was to get the same campsite as 1988 but that wasn't to be ..... regardless - we still had a terrific stay.

The additional pictures are:

- 2011 - our Border Collie Attica is enjoying the bush in the same campground (kids kinda grew up quite a while ago)
- 1989 - my wife of (now) 40 years is having an afternoon cocktail in Robson Meadow immediately behind our campsite - the shot is facing south away from the Mountain.

Thanks,

Jay

Hi Jay,

Thanks for the extra pix. We'll make it to Robson one of these days, but strictly as a camper.

Best regards,

John S.

I really have enjoyed looking at all the places people have been with their Airsteam trailers and motorhomes. Thank you.

This is not the best view our Airstreams have ever seen, but its the only one I could find on my iPad. I submit it mainly so I can say "if post#19 doesn't win this, there is something seriously wrong" with a contributors eye.

That said, I would give all I own to spend some time in the bottom pic in post #62!!
