As the poster of the last 4 animal pics - it's hard not to infer your hint isn't aimed at me...I'm well aware of the pets threads and use them often. For this month's photo contest, I believe the OP also said "...or what critter you travel with."
These are the critters I travel with.
Others post what wanders in to their site. We're all just having fun. I think....

What we need here is a few more posts, so here goes. They did not quite make it into our site and we did not see beer consumed, but it looked like they had a good time. Those are bears, right? Pat

Any more critters out there to share? Hard to believe there were no Trash Pandas (raccoons) invading campsites...

Those wild attack cranes in Post #27 look pretty vicious! The photographer was hesitant to leave the Airstream, apparently, lest he risk being lifted in the air . . .
["cranes" get it?]
Johnco, in Post #15 is that a red-tailed hawk on the railing of your deck?

Good eye OTRA 15 yes it was, and he was quite content to hang out as other campers came by and took pictures as well. Location is Wine Country RV in Paso Robles.

OK, down to our last 7 days, surely there are more critters to share out there!
Let's see what kind of animal magnetism our Airstreams have...

So....There we were...IN the Congo. We were told that since it was early in the spring, (April first, in fact) that most of the local wildlife would be engaged in the seasonal mating rituals and probably wouldn't make themselves seen. As a result, we left the camera in camp and headed out for an uneventful hike. When we arrived back in camp that evening, we noticed that the cooler had been forcibly opened, and a few empty bottles left lying around. It wasn't until we looked at the pictures on the camera that we understood...

Thanks to everyone who submitted their "critters", they are all wonderful. My choice is Joseph the Beer Drinking Horse submitted by LUMATIC. That is one big critter to come calling in your doorway!
An honorable mention has to go out to BELEGEDHEL and his Congo tale. That one made me laugh out loud when I saw it and I enjoyed reading the story that went with it.
I pass the baton to LUMATIC and look forward to seeing the topic for March.
