February 2017 Photo Contest
February 2017 photo contest
Thank you all for the photo entries in the January 2017 contest. I feel privileged to be part of this awesome group and look forward to many good times with everyone. 64 Airstream (Roy) thank you for the vote of number one. There were so many great photos it had to be very difficult. Now to tell you all about the February 2017 photo contest. I love my new Airstream, As we know this is the month of love with Valentine Day. I was thinking how fitting it would be to send in pictures of the love shown for your Airstream. weather its polishing it, restoring it, camping in a special place. Something that shows the love you have for your airstream.
Photo contest guidelines
You must own the rights to any photograph submitted for the photo contest. This advisory has been written into some monthly contest announcements but it should apply to every contest. Usually this will mean that you took the photo entered in the contest. At the time you enter a photo it's only fair to the other entrants to say if you didn't take the picture but that you own the rights.

Smiles
Love ...... Hmmmm ......
We use her, we keep her clean, and we smile a lot. It's all about the smiles and Glimmer gives us lots of opportunity to smile about her. That has just got to be love.
Yes, we took this picture of breakfast at the dinette table in our FC23FB. Pat

Another chuckle
Not an entry, but worthy of a look. This is a picture of the sides that folks brought to a recent WBCCI Rally pot luck dinner. If you look close, there is a trend. The rally was in January. Maybe that had an affect on the choice of dishes. Pat
Yes, they all were ......

Sitting in my craft room getting ready for next weekend's rally. I get so excited when we are getting ready for a trip.
Going to teach a card making class at the rally and this is one of my samples.

Picture is from a recent boondocking trip in Waveland, Ms. I love my 1973 enough to keep her clean and rolling down the road. I also love my outdoor entertainment!

Here goes... I don't know whether a picture from the middle of my trailer rebuild, where you can see the fresh new subfloor, the shiny new insulation, and the even shinier new interior skins is evidence that I love my trailer, or that I love my wife (as I believe it was she who talked me into the new interior skins)...

Shiny is most definitely love, smiles, and an excuse to hug. Gooood! That looks like you are well and truely into a very nice reno. Hope it's finished soon so you can get her out and share the love with mother nature, city father, and the road kids. Pat

Ok, Tin Tin, here you go. We were up for the Challenge. The license plate name says it all, and the heart adds a touch to how we feel!

February photo contest
As the winner of the January Airstream photo contest it is our privilege to judge the February photo contest. The contest started off slow with pictures from rallies, which shows the love and passion we have for our airstreams.
The theme for February was to send in pictures of the "love shown for your Airstream". We think there was some great pictures showing the love for airstreams, food, crafts, camping and even a special license plate with a great pose. In judging the pictures one really touched us. That was the entry by Belegedhel. His entry showed the start of an act of love. Belegedhel shared a picture of his dream, he also talked about his love for his airstream and his wife. Belegedhel also talked about his wife's dream of a new interior skin. This picture speaks for its self with the new floors and the shiny skins as he puts it, This photo shows both his and his wife's love for their airstream. So the winner of the Airstream photo contest for February 2017 is Belegedhel. Now as the winner of the February 2017 photo contest you are privileged to name the theme and to judge the March photo contest.

Tin Tin that is a great choice and certainly evoked love of wife, life and Airstream.
Great topic, looking forward to March B.
