When I was a boy our family would vacation for two weeks in Wellfleet Ma on the Cape and never heard of Sharks being near the shore. We swam at CG beach, Nauset Beach and Calhoon Hollow etc. and never ever worried about sharks. Now I wonder if they were there then and we did not know it.
I guess sometimes it is better not to know and just enjoy life.

This weekend my husband and I took our first multi-day trip in our new-to-us AS. Wish I'd known about photo contests beforehand - here's what I have anyway! We spent 3 nights at Myakka River State Park in Sarasota County and had a GREAT time.
