August 07 Photo Contest

Hi fellow Airstream photographers and welcome to the August 07 Photo Contest!

This months contest has a theme... a romantic or fun theme that is.
Your exquisite photo(s) can be of either theme...

Fun - something funny about your Airstream, a situation, people in or around your Airstream doing something odd. Perhaps watch the 'Long Long Trailer' with Lucille Ball for ideas

or

Romantic - your photo depicts a sense of romance, with appropriate lighting or mood but involves more than just an airstream, maybe a couple huddled by a fire with an airstream in the background for example

Extra points for:

1. romantic setting
2. night time setting
3. funny people or romantic couple
4. uniqueness of photo

Lightning Conductor!

Hi Folks,
I did feel a little embarrassed about the siting of my Airstream until a friend of mine with a fresh eye and "good" weather took this great pic! I've resisited the temptation to connect up to this substantial aerial to improve my TV and WiFi access!

I hope this falls into your "unique" category.

Now where are all the honeymooners or couples and their airstream? Where did the romance go? LOL

Only 24 days left to show the world there is a bit of romance in owning an Airstream

OK - two photos to share. All right, not an Airstream - give us a break - this was almost twenty years ago on our honeymoon in New Zealand. We had the right idea...

Fast forward - still camping, still in love, camping in style now.

A night time shot taken at the NorCal Rally at Casini Ranch in April.

It's very romantic...you just never know what's going on inside.

Well...
1. It was a cozy little Cessna 172
2. Nope
3. Depends on who you ask, my idea of romance...er maybe we better not go there
4. Gotta give me that one! (This was also my wifes first time ever flying!)

Bonus points to you if you can find the tail end of the GreatPumpkin in the pic - come on I made it easy for you.

out the trunk

ok so we don't have key and needed to leave the trailer in its new for winter camp spot, decided to lock from inside and go out trunk, then found out could lock from inside and just shut the door, trunk was accessable as we redid all walls inside with new aluminum hadn't fixed trunk yet, since still working on, by way where can we get new lock set?

Are you aware the photo of the minivan is reversed? Read the name badge on the license plate bracket.
