2 minute set up, 10 minutes to rest and enjoy food while grill cooled, 2 minute take down... 14 minutes of envy from the whole rest stop.

Well Lets See...

Can't say I have a real fancy kitchen - but I can say that I have a multi-use kitchen...

After spending 10 weeks in my 22 - my kitchen took on many uses....

The Dinette even folds down to make the Extra Bedroom which stands for X-rated - sorry pictures were denied access

However one point the kitchen is notorious for is FOOD.

Now I have to post these because Peter was really worried that I was going to starve being away from the Cook for that length of time.

However one small point - I taught HIM how to cook. He just got good at it so I did not have to cook any more....but just in case he thought I might have been a bit rusty.....here are a few of my favorite meals....

And I even had to get innovative cause I had left my silver egg cups at home - so a couple of the plastic valve covers off the Propane refills work perfect - I also use them to pop over the little sway control ball - Ha but not these ones...

Everything looks great, Sharon. Really makes me wish I could eat mushrooms. That is this size Corelle plate that I use most, too.

And it's good, too! We were lucky enough to find out first hand at Fool Hollow Lake State Park in AZ where our paths crossed. We were camping there for a week and Michael unexpectedly pulled in on his way to the 4CU Restoration Rally in Albuquerque. And ask him about his killer olive and virgin olive oil relish, too. Yummy.

Trust me, I pick and choose my angles and times when photographing my Excella. It looks nothing like the photo in the Members' Photos section today.
Given that, here is supper tonight:

Margaritas anyone?

A good ol' margarita always makes grilling while camping even more enjoyable!
