1958 22' Flying Cloud

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I have a question.

I'm trying to gather information on a trailer. I have already called Airstream directly and they gave me as much information as possible on it.

22 Flying Cloud 2900lb - California Model made in Norwalk, Ca
Possible 7 panel endcap model (I'll have to double check as the trailer is 90 miles away from me).

Looking at forums and websites today it seems there is more than just a "Flying Cloud" but variations of a Flying Cloud as well.

Any help with this is appreciated as it is up for sale and needs plenty of work. Once I know what I'm looking at then I can figure out if the asking price is reasonable.

Not to much information to go on here but you did say it needs plenty of work.

Have you gotten photos of it, sounds like you are not sure of how many panels it has.

In those earlier years there were also differences in models just based on which factory it came out of at which time of year.

Keep googling with different search words and sentences and it will lead you back to most posts here and images and Airstream archival information also.

You can also look under the specific threads here for that model and private message with other owners of the same model for specific answers.
