Leak Prevention
I bought self-adhesive, flexible window gutters from rvgutters.com and placed them around the tops of the non-opening windows (in the black groove just above the glass) and along the bottom of the roof. I think it looks good and it means that virtually no water makes it to the windows. I can post pictures if anyone is interested. The project cost about $80.00 after shipping to Canada and wasting a significant amount due to lack of technical skills.
