Are you sure Jackson Center is still in control of customer satisfaction and quality control, on behalf of Thor, a large multi-national corporation whose primary purpose is PROFIT?

This Basecamp rollout sure makes folks wonder . . .

JC is where the parts are sent out from, which is why we called them directly.

They were the problem, in diverting them elsewhere, not the dealership.

I do not mind that Airstreams are manufactured by a company whose primary purpose is PROFIT. This should be the case for all businesses.

In seeking that profit, some companies make a commitment to producing quality products and taking care of their customers. In my opinion Thor and Airstream have fallen short of those values with this product launch. I have not given up on them and I still might purchase an airstream, I am just a bit disappointed and I have put my purchase on hold for at least one year while I watch and monitor their ability to self correct.

Basecamps roll out seems flawed from the start. I'd wait a while for them to get their S@=$ together.
SAD.

Just a follow up that I received my down payment back from the dealer. It was kinda surreal, didn't try to sell me at all, like he knows the BC is POS.
