The new Honda 2200 model line has two models like the previous Honda 2000 generators. One unit has a 120Vac 15 amp duplex power outlet like in your home and the other (called the Companion) has a single 120Vac 20 amp power outlet (also supports typical 15 amp 120Vac power plugs) and a 120Vac 30 amp twist lock power outlet like in a RV park power pedestal.
There is a Honda jumper cable that can be placed between two 2,200 watt generators (typically a Base model and a Companion model) that allows the pair to generate 3,600 watts on a continuous basis which is the full 30 amp power for single air conditioner Airstreams as if they were plugged into a RV power pedestal.
While the pair can handle a surge to 4,400 watts, they are limited to 3,600 watts continuous use. The 30 amp breaker on the Companion model may tolerate the brief power surge required to start an air conditioner.
If I were wanting to purchase just one unit, I would get the Companion model so I could use the trailer's heavier duty power cord to connect.
Note that there are propane fuel conversions as well for several of the Honda smaller generators. We installed the Genconnex kits which fit completely inside the existing generator enclosure on our two Honda 2000 watt units and they can run fine off a 30 pound propane tank, The single unit will run off a twenty pound tank okay.
