Any news for a BaseCamp in 2009?

Hello -- We're mighty glad to have you looking in at AIR Forums!

The Basecamp was discontinued ... some time during the 2008 production cycle (May 07 to May 08). I haven't heard much lately about 2008 models still in showrooms but they weren't moving out of dealerships very fast.

so it seems it is more about a sales problem? and not a technical problem regarding the basecamp himself?

If you do a search on basecamp using the provided function you will see that the "story" of the Basecamp has been written. Best estimates are that the factory was still making them into August of 08 but that it "Quietly" shut down production soon after that. You now have a Collectors item....estimate is that less than 300 were made...I have a call in to Vicki Lazier to finalize the number! Stay tuned and get one now before everyone else figures it out...Bambi?

Basecamp has approx. 250 units made... Vicki says that they don't have exact numbers...Yet?

Production line is currently suspended...pending...
