Congratulations! Hoping very much to read a trip report after your first weekend outing with your very cool new airstream!
P.S. I am becoming increasingly jealous of people who live in year round warm climates.

Very nice - looks like the best value in the Airstream line.

Looks great. I am currently grading the gravel pad we had for our Class C MH. Plan is to pour concrete before it arrives. Maybe even get a cover built by then.
Looking forward to hearing about your travels.

Looks great! Glad to see deliveries starting.
Could you please share your hitch setup?
We are also towing with an FJ and would like to know.
Thanks!

Just looked at a brand new model...what a great upgrade over the old one in terms of access and interior improvements. Well done!

Looks great!
Looking forward to hearing more... please do report in. We've got ours on the lot now, but haven't seen one we can deliver yet. Good to hear they are starting deliveries.

Congratulations! Love to hear your thoughts on the bed, both comfort and ease of setting it up and making it.

2017 Base Camp
Congratulations! I want one in the worst way but can't justify it since we have a 2006 Safari, 25'. If I was single I would buy one in a minute but my wife wouldn't like me leaving with the dog without her! Ha!

Can you leave the dog with her and get another dog?

Awesome. Please let us know how it goes with the new Basecamp. I'm looking at picking one up in the spring since I live in Upstate NY. A 16' Older Bambi is also on the list but, I keep coming back to the Basecamp. I also have an FJ, how does it tow and handle with the Basecamp. Enjoy and be safe!

I would absolutely love to hear and/or see real world opinion or a video from a non-dealer. The important stuff,,, how well does it heat up, how well does it cool down, how many decibels does the a/c unit put out on the inside and outside, how well does it warm water up, bed comfort,,,,...
Some of these dealerships ( not Haydocy, airstream store, or colonial) are flooding youtube with these "airstream basecamp" videos that are NOT videos,,,,pathetic photo collage videos from the brochures and the airstream site. Ridiculous!

Looks like lots of great improvements over the original Basecamp.
Hope that it works well for you. Looking forward to hearing about your camping experiences in your Basecamp.
