We pull a 25 footer.
We boondock %80 of the time in the desert.
If there is any trace of a dirt road you can go there. You just slow down and pick your path. True we've had to stop and roll a rock outta the way. You also have to be carefull in washes. The trailer articulates more than you'd think.
What I looked for is where the water tanks are located and where the dump valves are located. When you look at some trailers you can see where on your first trip out you just know they are gonna get ripped off.
The Safari Sports are norrower and lighter than the regular Airstream trailer. Got nice big bathrooms too. Consider with the lighter wieght of a sport putting a bar across the back of your cab and haulin the four wheeler wheels up on that. You should be able to close the tailgate and have a nice trailer for the wife's comfort.
Good luck in your hunt.
I'd rather be boon docking in the desert.
