Well When you start seeing poped rivets, the mirror sheared off the bathroom door. Things thrown about the coach.closet doors and the fridge open when ya stop U will get the general Idea that something is seriously wrong. YUP axles bad. As we found. Rubber inside the tube solidified to the point that the axle would not drop down when the either the front axle or rear were pulled onto 4 inches of lumber.
Shell repairs get very expensive.
I changed the axles myself With 4 pieces of 2x6 ,a floor jack, two wheel dollys(from Harbor Freight) used to roll out the old and in with the new. Air Impact and a box end wrench and wire cutters and strippers. and 2 1/2 hrs on a asphalt drive. OH DID I mention I'm 70 yrs old. HOW HARD CAN IT BE?
