Do you guys know if the screen door cut out piece from the 75th is available as a part for other trailers? I seem to recall seeing it in the airstream store but i do not now. Something i'd like to have in the next one.

David put a few on ebay in '07. That's where I got mine with a first and only bid. Probably wouldn't happen today.

No kiddin'. David offered two or three prototypes here off the forums for sale and I scooped up one of them and its proudly on my screen door to this day. Looks great!
I paid about $100 for it I think two or three years ago, but I can assure you, if I were ever crazy enough to sell it, I am fairly sure it would sell for more than that....but I digress....I didn't buy it for income, I bought it because it was just too cool to pass up.

We bought David's 'Home Sweet Home' as well. We have the original 'Airstream Company of Jackson Ohio' as well. We like both, but 'Home Sweet Home' has been on it for 2 years now.
A quick update on # 18 .... she has now been in 28 States and 2 Canadian Provinces, the last trip being to Banff and Jasper. She has now been towed a little over 30,000 miles. Now for the bad news, #18 suffered signifigant hail damage, but somewhat good news, State Farm to the resuce, she will spend some of the winter having body repair work done. I will let you know how well that works out.
We recently became aware of a repo at Pouslbo RV in Washington state. When we contacted them about it, they said that a buyer was flying in from Idaho for it. That was about a month ago. Hope the new owner is a happy camper!
That bambi was #19 and is now in Virginia. The new owner and I are friends. She stopped my my studio last weekend with the trailer. She pulled it across country aqfter it was shipped from WA to AZ. I checked out the trailer and it was in pretty new condition.
She's very happy.

Thanks for the updates. Just doing some edits on the site today.
I've been processing a lot of movies and photos I have taken over the years, including this video (photo) montage which features our 75th Anniversary DW Bambi.
