Hello all. I've been full of questions for the last few months and you all have been so kind to provide lots of perspectives to aid in a decision. Today i closed a deal and bought #14. We will probably take delivery in Feb or so. Its winter here so no hurry and its currently in a heated showroom so thats fine with me. We considered the 25 and 27 safari fb se but in the end would need to purchase a tow vehicle as well and we cant swing that. Also it stretched the reality of storage on our property and mainly its quite a big unit and commitment. We felt this little guy, that sold us on doing this in the first place was right for our kind of use. Two night weekend camping. Close by. And a toe in to this whole experience. If we get way into it. And long to take the extended trip kind of thing then perhaps wed upgrade. I was willing to eat the depreciating at that point.
Anyway making a deal on the last day of the year really helped. Also Campadk's website with its list of available units was a nice trump card during negotiations. Thank you all for the advice. Im super excited and anxious to meet some of you on the road this summer. I'll post pics and such after we get it home.
