I chose to protect my panos with the flexible covers SmokelessJoe and others have used. You can't see them in the pictures he posted of his fantastic Argosy, but I only recently got mine and took some pictures.
Hornsby Canvas in Tilsonburg, Ontario will make them in any color of the Sunbrella canvas they can get. They already have a pattern that they made for SmokelessJoe's Argosy.
The system doesn't protect the center, flat-glass window. I specifically wanted it that way, because I like being able to see all the way through the trailer in the rear-view mirror, one of the things you give up with the regular Airstream rock guards. I also like the fact that the flexible covers pop off in a few seconds, so you get the benefit of all the light the panos let in when parked. I'm planning to make a Reflectix cover that runs the full width and attaches at the CommonSense fasteners for the pano covers so that I can keep the interior temps down in storage.
